## CORE METHODOLOGY

Our program implements the two pillars of the López method to ensure recruitment and structural adaptation without the "junk volume" that leads to injury.

  • Maximal Hangs (The Recruitment Phase): Focusing on high-intensity, short-duration hangs (approx. 10 seconds) with added weight on a consistent edge size (15mm–20mm).

  • Intermittent Hangs (The Endurance Phase): High-density sets (e.g., 7s on / 3s off) to improve the forearm’s oxidative capacity and recovery between moves.

  • The "Minimum Edge" vs. "Added Weight" Debate: We apply the protocol that fits your current level, whether it’s reducing edge size to increase technical grip or adding weight to increase raw force.
